📜 Server Rules

Welcome to SINNERS Rust — a PvE community built around fair play, respect, and survival. These rules help keep the server enjoyable for everyone.

Breaking these rules may result in a warning, kick, temporary ban, or permanent ban, depending on the severity of the offence. Staff decisions are final. If you believe a punishment was issued incorrectly, you may submit an appeal through our Discord.

🚫 No Stealing or Looting

Do not take items from another player's base, containers, or body, even if doors are left open or unlocked.

🏠 No Griefing

Griefing is not allowed.

This includes:

  • Blocking bases, monuments, or resource spawns.
  • Intentionally despawning another player's loot.
  • Trapping or walling players in.
  • Sealing or otherwise preventing players from accessing their bases.

⚠️ No Cheating or Exploiting

The use of cheats, scripts, macros, exploits, glitches, or item duplication is strictly prohibited.

Penalty: Permanent ban with no appeal.

🤝 Respect Everyone

Friendly banter is encouraged, but harassment, discrimination, hate speech, excessive toxicity, or abusive behaviour towards players or staff will not be tolerated.

This rule applies to:

  • Text chat
  • Voice chat
  • Signs
  • Player names
  • Any other form of communication

🏗️ Base Limits

  • One base per player or team.
  • Keep builds at a reasonable size.
  • Bases designed to intentionally cause server lag or negatively impact performance may be removed without warning.

🕊️ PvE Rules

This is a PvE server.

Do not attack, damage, or kill other players, and do not damage or raid player-built structures outside of designated PvP zones or official server events.

💬 Global Chat

Please use English in global chat so staff and the community can understand conversations.

You're welcome to use team chat or our Discord for other languages.

📢 No Advertising

Advertising other Rust servers, Discord communities, websites, or stores is not permitted.

Penalty: Immediate mute or further punishment at staff discretion.

⚖️ Staff Decisions

Staff have the final say in all rule enforcement.

Attempting to exploit loopholes or bypass the intent of these rules may still result in punishment. Use common sense, play fair, and help keep SINNERS enjoyable for everyone.

🛒 Store & Refund Policy

  • Purchases are normally delivered in-game within 60 seconds.
  • If your purchase is delayed, try reconnecting before contacting staff.
  • Being banned or punished for breaking the server rules does not entitle you to a refund.
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in a permanent ban from the server and store.
  • If you experience a payment issue or do not receive your purchase, please open a support ticket in our Discord and a member of staff will assist you.
